About Me

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you can show up as your authentic self without judgment. Every person brings unique experiences, identities, strengths, and challenges, and I believe therapy should honor those differences through individualized, evidence-based care.

I have 11+ years of experience providing LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming therapy where your identity is respected, your strengths are recognized, and you never have to hide who you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, emotion regulation struggles, neurodivergence, or major life transitions, we'll work together to better understand not only your thoughts and emotions, but also how your nervous system has adapted to life's experiences. My hope is to help you build practical skills, reconnect with your authentic self, and create meaningful, lasting change.

OCD

OCD is much more than perfectionism or organization. It often involves intrusive thoughts, compulsions, reassurance seeking, mental rituals, avoidance, and intense guilt or shame that can significantly interfere with daily life. I provide specialized treatment using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll reduce OCD’s influence by strengthening tolerance for uncertainty, changing your relationship with intrusive thoughts, and helping your nervous system learn that anxiety naturally rises and falls without compulsions. My goal is to help you spend less time responding to OCD and more time living the life you want.

Anxiety & Depression

Living with anxiety or depression can feel exhausting and disconnect you from yourself, your relationships, and the experiences that matter most. Anxiety is often your nervous system’s attempt to protect you, even when danger is no longer present, leaving you feeling on edge, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns of worry and avoidance. Depression can make motivation, decision-making, everyday responsibilities, and activities that once brought meaning or joy feel much more difficult. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, exposure-based interventions, behavioral activation, and strengths-based strategies, we’ll work together to reduce symptoms, strengthen emotional regulation, and help you reconnect with your values, relationships, and daily life.

ADHD & Autism

I provide neurodiversity-affirming care for autism, ADHD, tic disorders, and Tourette syndrome across the lifespan. Together, we’ll explore masking, burnout, executive functioning, sensory differences, accommodations, self-advocacy, and the ways neurodivergence may affect relationships and daily functioning. Treatment is customized to your individual needs and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), behavioral interventions, executive functioning support, and relationship-focused work. My goal is to help you work with your nervous system rather than against it while recognizing and building upon your existing strengths.

Trauma

Trauma affects both the brain and the nervous system and can influence important areas of life, including safety, trust, power and control, self-esteem, relationships, and intimacy. Using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and trauma-informed care, we’ll process painful experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and help your nervous system experience greater safety, flexibility, and resilience.

Couples

Relationships thrive when both partners feel understood, supported, and connected. Using the Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) model for couples, I help partners improve communication, navigate conflict and life transitions, and strengthen emotional connection. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent couples, helping partners better understand differences in communication, sensory experiences, executive functioning, and emotional regulation while building healthier, more connected relationships.

Parents & Families

Using Parent Management Training (PMT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family-centered therapy, we’ll strengthen parent-child and family relationships while supporting each person’s unique strengths and developmental needs. I also enjoy supporting neurodivergent parents and families as they navigate executive functioning challenges, sensory needs, burnout, communication differences, and parenting demands. Together, we’ll develop practical, individualized strategies that honor both the parent’s strengths and the family’s unique needs.

Personality Disorders

Living with intense emotions or longstanding interpersonal patterns can feel overwhelming and affect relationships, self-image, trust, and daily functioning. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based therapy, I help clients strengthen emotion regulation, improve interpersonal relationships, increase distress tolerance, better understand recurring patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Bipolar & Psychosis

Bipolar and psychosis spectrum disorders can affect emotional well-being, decision-making, daily functioning, relationships, and your sense of connection to yourself and others. Using Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), behavioral strategies, and strengths-based interventions, we’ll work together to better understand your experiences, develop practical coping skills, support emotional regulation, and reduce the impact symptoms have on your daily life. My goal is to help you maintain greater stability while reconnecting with your values, relationships, and the people and experiences that matter most.

LGBTQIA+ Affirming Care

I proudly provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care where every identity is respected, valued, and celebrated. Whether exploring identity, navigating relationships, or processing minority stress, therapy offers a safe place where you never have to hide who you are.
