With more than 15 years of prior nursing experience in intensive care, trauma, neurology, pediatrics, and oncology, Stefanie brings a deep appreciation for the complexity of each person’s story. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people heal best when they feel seen, validated, and supported without judgment.
