Millions of adults are believed to be undiagnosed autistic, ADHD, or both. Being undiagnosed increases one's risk for mental health problems. Testing is often unnecessarily long and expensive. We aim to increase access to a diagnosis and provide secondary therapy.

Dr. Kelly is a neuropsychologist by training. Her comprehensive assessment is more affordable to reflect efficiencies created by digital testing. She offers multiple ways to receive feedback to keep costs down. A lengthy report is often unnecessary.

Late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or still exploring your neurotype? We offer affirming therapy on your path to self-understanding and self-acceptance. If helpful, we can help you more effortlessly navigate life in a neurotypical world.

ARFID

Avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder occurs more frequently in autistic and/or ADHD folks. It can also overlap with OCD. When appropriate, we coordinate care with dietitians to help ensure both your mental and physical health needs are met.

ADHD/Autism + OCD

Knowing and accepting onself is an important part of OCD recovery. Given the higher prevalence of OCD in ADHD/autistic folks, it's important to be aware of neurodivergence so we don't try to "therapy away" what makes you uniquely you.
